Terms of service

Super Pharmacy dispenses prescription medicines only against valid prescriptions, after review and sign-off by a registered pharmacist. Orders are confirmed only upon pharmacist approval; where a prescription cannot be approved, the order is cancelled and any payment refunded.

Medicines are not returnable except when received damaged, incorrect, expired, or with a cold-chain breach. MRP is displayed on every product alongside our selling price.

Seller-of-record details — legal name, drug licence numbers, pharmacist registration and GSTIN — are displayed in the footer and on every invoice.

The complete terms, reviewed by counsel, will replace this working draft before the first live order is dispensed.
