Super Pharmacy processes personal data — including health data such as prescriptions — only to fulfil your orders, meet pharmacy-law record obligations, and improve our service, on the basis of your explicit consent captured at signup and upload.

Your data is stored in India (Mumbai region). Prescription images are held in private, access-controlled storage; every staff access is logged. You may request a copy of your data or deletion of your account at any time from your profile; records that pharmacy law requires us to retain are kept with personal identifiers minimised.

We never sell personal data. Optional AI-assisted prescription reading is used only with your separate consent, and a manual pharmacist path is always available.

The complete policy, reviewed by counsel, will replace this working draft before the first live order is dispensed.
